Ghanaian teen sensation Osman Haqi has completed a sensational move to Turkish Super Lig side Yenni Malatyaspor, 442gh.com can officially report.
The Wa-born speedster wowed the technical team of Malatyaspor and has since inked a professional deal with the Turkish side.
Osman Haqi, known among football fans as Bolt, earned reputation as a dare devil winger with raw pace and quick feet down the flanks.
Short spell with Maana SC in the upper west region paved way for Osman Haqi to join Athletic Planners FC in Tafo in the Eastern region of Ghana.
Series of game changing performances from the 19 year old left many in awe as he eased his way into Ghana football.
An official update on Athletic Planners website reads, “Turkish Super Lig side Yeni Malatya Spor have completed the signing of winger Osman Haqi from Planners Athletic Club.
Haqi, who turns 19 in April, passed medicals before the transfer deadline day before putting pen to paper after flying to Turkey from Accra.
He will immediately go into the 28-man squad for the season for Malatya Spor who maintained a strong interest in the winger due to his exploits in the Ghanaian Division One League.
Haqi is typical for his explosive pace and incredible nimble-foot on the flanks”.
He joins the growing number of players from the upper west region making it to the international platform in recent years.
