Asante Kotoko midfielder Fabio Dos Santos Gama excelled in their 2-0 home win over Liberty Professionals at the Accra Sports Stadium.
A first half brace from Kwame Opoku ensured the Porcupine Warriors a third victory of the 2020/21 Ghana Premier League.
Gama, who featured in a full-debut for Kotoko was a delight for the fans and played a key role in Poku’s second goal of the match.
The Brazilian, speaking at the post-match press conference, expressed satisfaction in his performance and added his eagerness to adapt to the local scene especially the nature of the pitches across league venues.
“I’m happy with my performance. This was my first start and I’m pleased but I still have to do more because I have to help the team”
The attacking midfielder is eager to adapt to the environment as well.
