A huge sigh of good news hit the camp of Black Satellites after Sampson Agyapong regained consciousness after collapsing during their second group game with Morocco on Friday night.
The youngster went off completely after a Moroccan player’s knee landed straight in his face, forcing him to collapse instantly after hitting the ground.
The medical team of the Black Satellites together with medical officials of Mauritania have worked hand-in-hand to revive the young player back to consciousness.

The official Twitter account of the FA have revealed that the player is currently receiving medical attention and will be released from the hospital to join the rest of the team at the hotel.
The youngster was introduced into the game after a substitution was made by head coach Karim Zito and was set to prove his wealth on the field of play when the unfortunate incident happened.
The draw sees the Black Satellites keeping the hope of advancing to the knockout stage of the competition alive. They will next play against Gambia in the final group game.
The result sees Ghana staying top of Group C with four points and four goals.
