The leading scorer of the ongoing Ghana premier league Diawisie Taylor has thrown a challenge to Asante Kotoko ahead of their crucial encounter on Sunday at Crosby Awuah Memorial park.
The Ainyinase-based club will host the Porcupines in matchweek 13 fixture of the Ghana Premier League. Karela are unbeaten at home while Kotoko also boasts of an unbeaten record in away games, going six games without defeat.
However, the 21-year-old who has scored nine goals to power Karela United to the top of the League log so far has thrown a challenge to Johnson Smith’s side.
“We haven’t been affected by the departure of Emmanuel Keyekeh and other players to Kotoko, though we admit the fact that Kotoko have a good team however we are prepared to beat them,” he told Kumasi-based Fox FM.
In the last three competitive meetings, Kotoko have won two and lost one.
