The Communication Director for Legon Cities, Kwame Dwomoh has expressed optimism in the chances of his team turning things around in the Ghana Premier League after a very slow start to the 2020/2021 season.
After nine matches in the new league season, the Accra-based club sits 18th on the standings of the division on the back of a win, 3 draws and 5 lose.
Speaking to 442gh.com, Kwame Dwomoh says his team will bounce back stronger and better in subsequent matches.
“There is nothing wrong with Legon Cities because we all went down due to coronavirus and we are now preparing, it’s not easy to come up but we believe we are going to come up strongly, definitely,” the Communication Director noted.
Meanwhile, Kwame Dwomoh has refused to blame his players for the poor results his Legon Cities has churned in the nine games they have played so far.
Legon Cities will host Ashantigold on Matchday 10 of the Ghana Premier League.
